OUR STORY
Guzman Ballet Folklorico was founded in 2016 and is Directed by Walter Guzman. We are located in Round Rock, Texas

Guzman Ballet Folkolorico’s goal is to preserve and share the Mexican culture with our dancers and the community through our performances. Additionally, we want to help our dancers grow not only in their artistry but as people.
​
Our mission extends beyond teaching our students about the richness of Mexican culture; we also strive to expose them to the beauty and diversity of cultures worldwide. Our group has had the privilege of traveling to Mexico, China, France, Poland, Spain, Indonesia, South Korea, and Japan. Additionally, we have had the honor of hosting a group from Poland for two weeks, fostering cultural exchange and mutual learning.

WALTER GUZMAN
Director / Founder
I established our dance group in the fall of 2016, bringing over 20 years of experience in Ballet Folklorico. My mission is to share the richness of our culture with the world through traditional dances. I aim not only to educate our students about our heritage but also to provide them with opportunities to travel internationally, allowing them to experience and learn from the diverse cultures around the globe.
